Moving forward Lucas Iredale Massage and Fitness Consultation, will now be Active Body Lab - Kellogg Lane. Myself and some Colleagues have merged to create this new brand, with the opening of a new location. My services will remain here at Kellogg Lane, I look forward to continuing to give all my clients the treatments they deserve in their goal for relief of pain , as well as functionality, in a commitment to positive progression.

About Myself

I have a background in Personal Training, and Health and Safety, however I felt something was missing in my efforts to help others, and this is why I became a Massage Therapist. I truly believe with positive energy, amazing things can happen in every aspect of our lives. I look forward to helping you within any range of my scope of practice.
