As of June 11 2022, all Mask Mandates have been lifted. Moving forward it is client and therapist discretion on topic of masks being worn during treatment, if you wish to wear or for therapist to wear a mask during the treatment please bring this up before treatment begins.
Q1: Do you have any of the following symptoms?

Fever and/or chills

New onset of cough or worsening chronic cough

Shortness of breath

Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell

If >18 years of age: unexplained fatigue/lethargy/malaise/muscle aches (myalgias)

If child <18 years of age: nausea/vomiting, diarrhea

> If yes, we are unable to treat you at this time. Please reschedule your appointment for 5-10 business days and have a Negative Test result.
Q2: Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days or have you been
told you should be isolating?
> If no, please proceed to question 3
> If yes, we are unable to treat you at this time. Please reschedule your appointment until you have had a Negative Test result.
Q3: Did the you receive your final (or second) vaccination dose more than 14 days
ago?
> If no, please proceed to question 4
> If yes, you have screened NEGATIVE. You may continue with your appointment as scheduled
Q4: Did you travel outside of Canada in the past 5 days?
> If no, please proceed to question 5
> If yes, we are unable to treat you at this time. Please reschedule your appointment for unless you have had a negative test and are non symptomatic.
Q5: Have you had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 without
wearing appropriate PPE?
If someone informs you that they have COVID-19, either because they have symptoms or because they tested positive, and that you are a close contact and you don’t live with the person who had COVID-19, you are not required to self-isolate, regardless of vaccination status, unless you have another reason for self-isolating.
For 10 days following your last exposure to the individual with COVID-19:

Wear a well-fitted mask in public (including schools and child care, unless under the age of 2)

Physical distance
-
Avoid activities where mask removal would be necessary (e.g. dining out, sports)

Avoid non-essential visits to highest risk settings (e.g. hospitals and long-term care homes)
-
Avoid visiting individuals who may be at higher risk of illness (i.e. seniors or individuals who are immunocompromised)
If you live in the same household as someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has symptoms of COVID-19, follow these requirements:

If you are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, you must self-isolate at the same time as the individual with COVID-19.

If you meet the following criteria, you do not need to isolate but should continue to self-monitor:

Previously tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 90 days (does not need to avoid high-risk settings)

Are 18 years of age and older and have received a full vaccination series AND a booster dose

Are under 18 years of age and have received a full vaccination series

I have a background in Personal Training, and Health and Safety, however I felt something was missing in my efforts to help others, and this is why I became a Massage Therapist.
